I still do it too frequently. When I read Roaring Lions, Cracking Rocks, and Other Gems from Proverbs am just shake my head at how often I fail at the very things I’m writing about!

I think God probably has some pretty big doses of mercy for moms of toddlers who are shopping 🙂 When older women would scowl at my wife when she had 3 little kids in the grocery store, she would come home upset and ask me, “Do those women (usually older) forget what it was like to have little kids in the store with them?! I’ll bet there kids weren’t always angels.” Nope, you know they weren’t. I’ll bet they have a little more mercy for the mothers of their grandchildren 🙂
