I like the print you did for Mother’s Day. Very creative, and a great idea.
I’ll look forward to reading more posts on your blog.

]]>When left to ourselves, we are on the road to ruin, especially in our marriages and relationships. But, I like the truth you pointed out:
“When we are in relationship with God, these positive virtues become active in our lives, and we function with god-like discretion, patience, honesty and love.”
Truly, it is God who holds all things together and our relationship with Him is where it all starts!
You also stated, “For a marriage to endure and provide stability and healthy emotions for everyone in the household, it must be created and sustained by wisdom.” There have been many instances in my marriage and role as wife (and mother) in which I knew I needed the Lord’s wisdom and grace to handle certain situations. He has always come through and never has failed when I have sought Him for these things. He is faithful!
In my home, I created and posted a print which states, “Lady wisdom builds a lovely home.” ~Proverbs 14:1. I even sent it out to loved ones on Mother’s Day a few years back to encourage others. It is a great daily reminder to plug into the Holy Spirit and lean into the Lord when facing the challenging roles of wife and mother (or husband and father) in our homes.
Thanks for sharing. Your words are filled with wisdom and truth! (My household lost power last Friday and was out for a few days. It’s taken me a while to catch up with correspondences out here in cyber space, but I did finally get a chance to respond to your comment you left on my post “United Prayer” here on Amanda’s blog from last Friday, and the comment you left on my personal blog in regards to the “a sweet and beautiful release” post,) Thank you for taking the time to read, respond, and encourage!
All for His glory,
Amanda
